Previously titled "My Market Services", the new portal delivers cleaner form, better function, and easier market navigation. It also paves the way for future integrated services and internet platforms. What can you do starting today? First, notice the two main tabs at the top of the screen - Applications and Reports.
From Applications - launch Metrosearch with Housing (red tab) and/or Property Analysis (blue tab) preloaded. Down the road, you may have other applications included on this screen, including the new Metrosearch USA.
From Reports - open an Executive or Market Summary report and switch markets on the fly (if you are subscribed to multiple). Down the road, you may have additional reports included on this screen, including those purchased through the web store (see below).
